:: Fund establishment includes legislative registrations, minutes and transfers from existing funds or administrators.
:: Actuarial calculations sourced for members with Complying, Allocated or Growth pensions.
:: Attendance to ongoing statutory obligations such as annual statutory return, tax return, financial statements, members' statements, minutes, notifications to relevant bodies
of draw-downs or pension commencement.
:: Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
:: Quarterly fund reporting to the members, trustees and any financial advisers including reporting on investment valuations and movements, upcoming trustee obligations,
variations of asset allocation from the Fund's Investment Strategy.
:: Maintenance of records for each member including balances, contributions, allocation of income, contributions and draw-downs to the correct components.
:: Retention of records in digital format for the mandatory 10 year period.
:: Attending to taxation matters including PAYG liabilities Surcharge reporting, GST, BAS and IAS returns, as applicable.
:: Preparation of comprehensive work papers at year-end to simplify the audit process and liaising with the fund's auditor.
